Jeweledition Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted if the item is:

  • Damaged or defective upon arrival

  • Reported within 12 hours of delivery

  • Returned in original packaging with all tags

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear unboxing video

  • Photos of the damaged item

After verification, we will arrange a return pickup and offer either:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A full refund

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry (such as engraved or made-to-order items)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
If you want a different product, you will need to place a new order.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
